Job Duties: Manages the daily activities of the agency human resources by providing direction to staff in the area of employment, benefits and compensation, employee training and development, workplace safety and employee relations. Provides ongoing support in an advisory capacity to supervisors, employees, and/or managerial staff. May assist in payroll-related functions and maintenance of employee files. Involved in agency operations as a member of the leadership team and supervises HR staff.
Qualifications: This individual must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management. Minimum of two years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist. Previous supervisory or management experience is preferred.
