Position Description
PEROT SYSTEMS CORPORATION is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. It is currently looking for a Technical Support Coordinator to join our team in Newton, New Jersey.

Responsibilities:

The Support Coordinator is responsible for managing, gathering and processing information related to any support or client interaction. Responsibilities include answering the phones, ensuring hold times are kept to a minimum, coordinating engineering resources to ensure timely resolution to any and all issues and requests. This individual will collaborate with all functional departments to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.

Required Skills:
  • Answer all inbound calls in a timely manner
  • Reply to all emails sent to support in a timely manner
  • Gather appropriate information and documents submitted by the client. This includes but is not limited to change requests, authorization forms, maintenance notifications and setup documents
  • Interact with departments to implement improvements in processes and procedures
  • Interact with cross-organizational teams to determine solution support to meet business requirements
  • Gather and verify completed support initiatives
  • Interact with client base in effective manner to assure customer satisfaction
  • Provide management with daily, weekly and monthly updates of all outstanding support initiatives
  • Additional duties as assigned

  • Provide proactive issue monitoring and resolution working with the appropriate departments

  • Strive to continue to improve processes and add value to our clients


  • Minimum Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
