This position is expected to effectively handle inbound/outbound calls received/placed by the automated phone system. Self-Pay representatives are expected to resolve accounts efficiently through collection techniques while maintaining a high level of customer service.
The primary duty of this position is handling inbound/outbound calls and obtaining resolution as described in the above summary
Meet and/or exceed the daily production goal as defined by the manager
Assist team in identifying issues and possible solutions to address those issues
Handling inbound/outbound calls at 95-100%
Required Skills:
Minimum 6 months previous healthcare experienceHigh school graduate or equivalentAbility to read and evaluate healthcare receivables information
Minimum typing 50-60 wpm Professional written and verbal skillsDesired Skills:Certificate from college or technical school 3-4 years in healthcare collections1+ years of customer service experiencePrevious call center experience a plus
Minimum Educational Requirements:
